Outstanding facilities in prestigious locations

Facilities

Our locations include some of the UK and USA's most prestigious public boarding schools, university campuses and iconic cities. As a result, our students are able to benefit from some truly exceptional sports and relaxation facilities.

You will find more details about these facilities, including olympic swimming pools, golf courses and equestrian centres on our individual centre information pages.

Accommodation

Accommodation is a vital factor in a student's enjoyment of their Study Holiday, and we demand a very high level of provision from all of our centres.

Our Family Organisers and Welfare Supervisors ensure all our accommodation is safe, secure and of the highest quality. We have staff available 24 hours a day in case of emergency, as well as a highly experienced advisor who personally inspects every centre, ensuring the highest levels of care and student well-being.

We aim to provide a range of comfortable and secure accommodation options for every age, budget and preference:

  • Residential: most of our centres provide residential accommodation on-site, with high levels of supervision and excellent access to learning and social facilities. Single, shared, en-suite and standard rooms are available depending on the centre.
  • Homestay: this option is available at our Edinburgh and Canterbury centres only. It provides a full language immersion experience, with students becoming a member of a host family for the duration of their stay, gaining an in-depth and realistic view of British life and culture. Rooms are normally shared with another student, but single rooms may be available for a small supplement.

Meals

Throughout their stay with us, all students receive three nutritious and high quality meals a day.

Almost all our students take all their meals in the centre dining room. During excursions, packed lunches are provided.

The only exception is Homestay students in Edinburgh, who have breakfast and dinner with their host families, and a cooked lunch in the centre dining room.

Transport

Most of our centres have a campus layout with accommodation situated close to the rest of the teaching and dining facilities. However, any students living more than a short distance from their study centre will be provided with a free bus to and from their residence.

Medical Insurance

In Britain, free medical treatment is available through the National Health Service to all European Union students and students from countries with reciprocal health agreements.

This covers all medical matters, with the exception of dental treatment, glasses and prescriptions.

Students who are not covered by the National Health Service are advised to take out medical insurance before leaving their home countries.

We strongly advise students to take out individual personal insurance to cover personal belongings, etc., before they come to the UK.

If any student experiences difficulties, we will be happy to help them.
