Cared for by experts

Student safety and well-being is at the heart of everything we do.

All our staff are carefully trained to deal with any situation that may arise and to ensure each student is happy, healthy and safe.

Our teachers, welfare supervisors and activity leaders are approachable and friendly, encouraging students to report any worries or concerns directly to them. They have also undertaken extensive First Aid and Child Protection training.

All of our residential accommodation is supervised by trained staff who are available 24 hours a day in case of emergency. Our centre offices are also open everyday until 8pm should a student have any concerns or queries.

In addition, we also have a highly experienced welfare advisor who tours all our centres during the summer to guarantee the highest possible standards of health and safety.

Medical Insurance

In Britain, free medical treatment is available through the National Health Service to all European Union students and students from countries with reciprocal health agreements.

This covers all medical matters, with the exception of dental treatment, glasses and prescriptions.

Students who are not covered by the National Health Service are advised to take out medical insurance before leaving their home countries.

We strongly advise students to take out individual personal insurance to cover personal belongings, etc., before they come to the UK.

If any student experiences difficulties, we will be happy to help them.
