Boston is an exciting city of contrasts. Visitors come to experience its rich traditions, rooted in the American Revolution, as well as enjoying the cultural highlights offered by the many museums, theatres and concert halls. The city centre is very attractive with its fine parks and gardens, as well as an interesting harbourside area.

Home to more than 50 colleges and universities, Boston is a multicultural city that boasts the largest concentration of international students in the world. The city itself is a blend of many ethnic neighbourhoods: the North End’s Italian festivals, Chinatown’s restaurants, and areas that offer Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Caribbean, Brazilian, Middle Eastern, Jewish and soul food. Boston is one of America’s most stimulating and cosmopolitan cities.

Fisher College

Founded in 1903, Fisher College enjoys a central location amongst the Victorian townhouses of the historic Bay Back district of Boston, Massachusetts. Students at this centre are able to enjoy the features and attractions of one of America's oldest and most exciting cities.

The programme at Fisher College includes visits to the attractions of Boston every afternoon, as well as evening visits to the city centre. The programme also includes an extends full-day excursion to New York.

Accommodation

• Residential in single, twin, triple and quadruple rooms
• Shared bathroom facilities
• Three meals per are served per day, except on Sundays when students recieve brunch and dinner.
